Chicken, roast vegetable and pearl barley broth with warm soda bread
Scandinavian cod cakes with shaved beetroot, fennel and cucumber salad, dill and lemon sour cream
(v) Whipped goat’s cheese pâté, black olive crumb, pomegranate and toasted pitta
Roast British turkey with chestnut and sage crushed potatoes, cranberry and sausage fritter, honey roasted root vegetables and gravy
Grilled sea bass with Catalan tomato and sherry sauce, wood roasted peppers and chickpeas, crispy squid and smoked paprika aïoli
Slow cooked Goosnargh duck legs with sprout bubble and squeak, mulled cherry and cider gravy
