December’s festive and seasonal Sharrow Through the Ages Lunch is £25.00 per person. This nostalgic celebration of dishes from past menus has Christmas in mind with rich and fragrant choices to suit the celebratory season.

Pressed Terrine of Ham Hock, Spiced Cranberry Compote

Fillet of Pollock, Pak Choi, Dill and Orange Dressing

Roast Parsnip, Apple and Sage Soup

- Main -

Traditional Roast Turkey Breast, Pigs in Blankets, Bread Sauce, Sage and Onion Stuffing

Fillet of Hake, Cassoulet of Chick Peas, Tomato and Saffron, Age Old Balsamic Dressing

Tart of Red Onion, Red Onion Marmalade, Spinach and Stilton Rarebit

- Dessert -

Francis Coulson’s Famous and Original Icky Sticky Toffee Pudding, Toffee Sauce, Ice Cream, Cream

Black Forest Trifle, Chocolate Custard, Black Cherry Compote

Lemon Tart, Caramelised Clementines, Almond Crumb
