Lakeland Dining Excellence of the Year 2015

PUBLISHED: 16:35 27 October 2015 | UPDATED: 15:53 12 January 2016

North West Food and Drink Awards 2015

North West Food and Drink Awards 2015

Archant

Judges were looking for an establishment that showcased the finest food in the Lakes – whether a pub, restaurant or hotel.

Sponsored By The Linen Group

Winner: The Old Stamp House

This establishment failed to win this award by a whisker last year. This year it is a much-deserved win for brothers Ryan and Craig Blackburn who have brought a level of fine dining not seen before in this Lakeland town. Ryan’s cooking is quite superb and it is served with precision and knowledge by Craig and his team.

Highly commended: Lake Road Kitchen
