The Coven Café and Bistro, Wigan
You’ll find The Coven Café and Bistro in Wigan’s town centre. Expect excellent veggie and vegan meals, this is a great place to visit on a cheat day, their falafel burgers are well recommended and healthy, as they are prepared using mixed seeds, ground flaxseed and homemade hummus. Nice!

Evelyn’s is a gorgeous café in the Northern Quarter adorned with plants and its own Fig tree. The café strays away from the popular American style menus and instead gives you something entirely different, and it’s good. Cowherd’s is a vegan lunch wagon and café parked up in Greengate Square. If you’re a fan of juice cleanses, there are lots of exciting flavours to choose from including Tumeric Nut Milk, Phat Beat and The Alkaliser. The van serves breakfasts, salads, hot food and snacks high in protein. If you’re in the area stop by for a Chia Breakfast Pudding, packed with Almond Milk, Chia Seeds, Coconut Oil, Dates, Cinnamon, Vanilla, Seasonal Berry Chia Jam & Coconut Chips.
