The Coven Café and Bistro, Wigan
You’ll find The Coven Café and Bistro in Wigan’s town centre. Expect excellent veggie and vegan meals, this is a great place to visit on a cheat day, their falafel burgers are well recommended and healthy, as they are prepared using mixed seeds, ground flaxseed and homemade hummus. Nice!

Evelyn’s Café Bar, Manchester
Evelyn’s is a gorgeous café in the Northern Quarter adorned with plants and its own Fig tree. The café strays away from the popular American style menus and instead gives you something entirely different, and it’s good. The menu is filled with fruity dishes like the calamari, papaya, lotus root, nuoc cham and the lamb, chilli mint, quinoa, pomegranate salsa verde combo.
