More than £2,000 was raised for the Alzheimers Society at glamorous fashion show held at the Clifton Hotel in Lytham.

The event was hosted by Jane Copnall of Jane’s Couture, a personal fashion stylist, who wanted to give something back to help those who suffer with the illness.

Among the attendees, who all enjoyed a three course meal, was a star guest, Loose Women presenter, Sherrie Hewson.

Jane said: ‘The girls rocked it, they were so amazing and I am proud of them. I have presented a number fashion shows over many years for different charities, but this was my first in Lytham so I wanted to make sure it was perfect. Events like this bring people together and give them a good reason to donate while at the same time celebrating and enjoying the party atmosphere.’
