How to make the perfect Negroni cocktail

We asked Northcote’s head barman Guillam Dannery thow to make this classic cocktail
Broker’s London Dry Gin (25mls)
Lillet Rouge vermouth (25mls)
Add all liquid ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice and stir thoroughly topping up with ice as it drops.
Pour into a well chilled glass with a large ice “rock”.
(If you don’t have an ice mould you can make your own ice “rock” by filling a Ziploc bag with water and freezing it then with an ice pick break your own Titanic-like ice rock for use).
Garnish with an orange peel twist.
