The Seafood Pub Company is a group of ten gastro pubs located in picturesque destinations across Lancashire.

With a straightforward approach to food, the group make the most of fantastic local produce and let the ingredients do the talking.

Using the legendary Chris Neve’s daily catches, straight from Fleetwood fishing port, the signature seafood specials at each venue have become a firm favourite with locals. Assheton Arms

The Assheton Arms is an historic Grade II listed pub in the conservation village of Downham, which dates back to the 8th century.

With 12 luxury bedrooms, suites and family cottages, the elegant country inn is famous for its sensational seafood specials, creative world food dishes and stunning views of Pendle Hill.

It has been awarded numerous accolades, including AA rosette and 5* rating, Good Pub Guide County Dining Pub of the Year 2015 and 2016, Lancashire Life Dining Pub of the Year and Lancashire Tourism Awards Pub of the Year.

The Alma Inn

Nestled in the beautiful Pendle countryside, this quaint Country Inn with elegant function suite is bursting with character and charm, a favourite for weddings and events.

Boasting stone floors, original beams and real fires, this historic venue has spectacular moorland views and is minutes from Wycoller Country Park, made famous for its references in the Bronte sisters’ novels.

With a four-star rating, The Alma has nine luxurious en-suite bedrooms, all equipped with the latest facilities; perfect for a countryside getaway or corporate guests looking for overnight accommodation.

Derby Arms

This striking village Inn, combines a bustling country pub with contemporary dining rooms.

Based between Longridge and Chipping, the historic building has six premium en-suite bedrooms.

Its atmospheric tap room, feature fireplaces and large central bar, create a series of ambient spaces perfect for drinks with friends, or a special dining experience.

Barley Mow

With its hunt-lodge style interior, the popular country pub sits at the foot of the famous Pendle Hill, the famous landmark notorious for the witch trials of 1612.

The Barley Mow has six premium en-suite guest bedrooms, serves hearty pub classics and signature seafood specials, and is perfect for those looking to enjoy a rustic rural retreat.

The Fenwick

At over 250 years old, the historic and atmospheric dining pub has an old world charm.

Sitting in the Lune Valley, the Fenwick is at the gateway of the Lake District, and popular with those looking to take advantage of outdoor pursuits such as walking, fishing, shooting and cycling.

Bursting with character with large open fires, low beamed ceilings and oak planked floors, the Fenwick has nine contemporary bedrooms and suites.

Forest

The modern brasserie and bar is a fantastic place for diners and drinkers to enjoy a Mediterranean inspired menu, in a relaxed and contemporary setting, with a large south facing garden for al fresco dining.

With its bleached oaks, natural materials and muted tones, the conveniently located brasserie is popular with families and business travellers.

Farmers Arms

The Farmers Arms, in the picturesque market village of Great Eccleston, is a traditional country pub with a contemporary feel.

Popular with locals, this large ambient pub is set over two floors, offering private dining, a large events space, and an extensive list of carefully sourced gins from across the UK.

The pub boasts five open fires and a sheltered and heated courtyard for all-weather al fresco dining.

Oyster & Otter

The Oyster & Otter is the original Seafood Pub Company location. The stylish open-plan interior is home to typically fresh seafood dishes, comforting pub classics and a friendly informal service.

Conveniently located, the neighbourhood restaurant and bar also hosts live music and entertainment nights.

Since opening in 2011, the pub has won numerous awards including Lancashire Life’s Restaurant of the Year, Great British Pub Awards Best Food Pub and the Food Awards Gastro Pub of the Year.

Town Green Brasserie

The Town Green Brasserie is a modern brasserie, based in the charming village of Aughton. A favourite meeting place for a glass of wine or cocktail with friends.

Sourcing ingredients from some of the finest local suppliers, the brasserie offers quality seafood specials as well as traditional British classics.

The family-friendly brassiere is open every day for diners and also serves a hearty breakfast on weekends.

Roosters Bistro

Roosters Bistro is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and serves delicious cakes in the afternoon.

With a focus on quality ingredients, the rustic bistro sources its produce from Roaming Roosters, the free-range farm shop next door, and local sustainable fish from renowned fisherman Chris Neve.

Visitors are able to enjoy menus made up of wholesome farmhouse dishes and modern classics, whilst relaxing upstairs in the ‘hayloft’.

The bistro can host private parties and corporate events and is located minutes from the M65 corridor, making it a popular venue for meetings.
