Rum cocktail recipes to try at home

Cleo Farman from the Diablesse Rum shares her favourite cocktails
Diablesse chocolate orange negroni
Equal parts Campari or Aperol, Martini and Diablesse Clementine
Rum plus a few dashes of chocolate bitters over ice.
Rhubarb rum, pink grapefruit, cranberry and ginger fizz
Iced tall glass
5cl shot of Shellys Rumbarb rum
Tablespoon of ginger syrup
100mls pink grapefruit juice
200mls cranberry juice
Top with lemonade
Put 3-4 cubes of ice in a tall glass, add the double shot of Shellys rumbarb and the ginger syrup. Stir, then top with the pink grapefruit juice and cranberry juice. If you want some fizz in there add a splash or two of lemonade. Garnish with a fresh slice of ginger root, or rhubarb ribbons.
30 ml Diablesse Caribbean Golden Rum
20ml Lime juice
15ml Curacao/Triple Sec
50ml Cranberry juice
Some simple mixer
serves are Diablesse Caribbean Rum with Elderflower tonic and fresh kiwi and Diablesse Clementine Rum with aromatic tonic and prosecco.
