It's time to serve up the Lancashire Life Food & Drink awards – a big date in the culinary calendar

Each year we celebrate our fantastic food offerings from the north west at our Food & Drink Awards ceremony.

The awards recognise cuisine, service, ambience and individual qualities of the establishments which the panel of independent judges deem worthy of recognition. The grand finale of the Lancashire and Cheshire Life Food & Drink Awards is the awards celebration dinner which is staged The Midland Hotel Manchester on the October 25, 2011.

Local restaurateurs and hoteliers gather at this Oscar-style ceremony to find out if they have won one of the industrys most prestigious accolades. Winners from each of the categories are announced on the night and presented with a commemorative Villeroy and Boch plate, a wall plaque and magnum of champagne and of course, all feature in Lancashire and Cheshire Life magazines!

If you would like to find out about category sponsorship opportunities or would like to reserve tickets for the event then please contact or call 07725828755

Raise a glass to Robinsons

We are proud to announce that for the second year running, Robinsons Brewery in Stockport will be the main sponsor for this years Food & Drink Awards. Established in 1838, Robinsons is one of Britains largest independent family brewers.

With family members of the fifth and sixth generations at the helm. 2011 is an exciting time for Robinsons Brewery. Work has begun on their new state of the art brew-house and visitor centre which will also see the launch of an interactive tour as well as new conferencing facilities.

We are delighted to be sponsoring The Lancashire and Cheshire Life Food and Drink Awards 2011 and would like to wish the best of luck to all of this years nominations said John Robinson, brand manager, pictured aboveright with his wife, Cordelia, far left.
