This bespoke five bedroom detached house – and the 2004 Ferrari 360 spider currently parked in the kitchen – could be yours for just £2.

Owner Jennifer Matthews is raffling the stunning family home at Adlington and plans to give some of the money raised through ticket sales to charity.

The house, which is worth over £500,000, stands in its own grounds behind a drystone wall with electric gates to ensure privacy and security. It has large gardens to three sides with large mature trees, while the drive will accommodate four cars. Inside it has three reception rooms and a huge kitchen area comprising of a breakfast bar, Aga, spiral staircase to upstairs and ample room for additional living space (once you’ve moved the Ferrari).

Upstairs there are five double sized bedrooms, one with en-suite and a slipper bath. The second bedroom has a stunning feature window with the staircase to the kitchen area.

The house is situated conveniently between Bolton and Chorley, near Adlington. It is close to a railway station on the line between Manchester and Preston, and also has excellent motorway access.

Some of the money raised by the raffle - which will be drawn on Valentine’s Day 2021 - will go to the charities Promise Dreams and Ronald McDonald House.
