2017 Blackpool Carers Centre Purple charity ball

The annual Blackpool Carers Centre charity ball was held this year as a tribute to all the volunteers who worked with DIY SOS and BBC Children in Need to help transform the charity’s carers’ centre.

The Purple Ball was attended by 378 guests, who were welcomed by a fizz and canapé reception followed by dinner and entertainment from Smooth Chalk.
The ball raised over £18,000, proceeds which will go toward an extensive range of age specific services and support for carers.
