Guests enjoyed a evening of fun and fish when the Derby Arms at Thornley near Lonridge staged its own version of 'Ready, Steady, Cook'

It was part of a Seafood Week staged by the owners, the Seafood Pub Company, with teams named Oyster and Otter competing to get the most votes from diners. The Oyster & Otter was the first restaurant opened by the group.

Working in a marquee, teams led by executive Chef Antony Shirley and operations chef John Jones were given a larder and an unknown box of ingredients to create their dishes.

Guests were entertained by their banter as they enjoyed their meal before voting by holding up the card with their chosen winner.
