Locals joined stars of stage, screen and the world of sport including Lancashire Cricket Club captain Steven Croft, England Test spinner Simon Kerrigan, Paralympian Shelly Woods and Lytham’s British lightweight boxing champion Scott Cardle for the glitzy party.
The company has invested more than £1m to create the stylish restuarant and bar. Managing director Sue Crimes said: ‘Our launch night was stunning and it was great to see so many local people come and welcome us to their amazing town.’
Gusto has employed 60 local people as part of its Lytham team and they were all on hand at the launch to keep guests’ glasses topped up with cocktails, while band Twisted Tubes provided the entertainment.
