Day to day life is busy – between working, cooking and shopping alone – it can feel like there’s not enough hours in a day. Suzanne Waring, the founder of the Helping Hands Group, explains what a professional cleaning service can do for your home, so you don’t have to.
What does professional cleaning include?
The best cleaning services offer a range of different tasks and allow you to choose the regularity of your service, whether it's a one-off deep clean or routine spruce.
"We offer high-end affordable services to meet a variety of budgets. The important thing is that no matter the size of your home you will always receive the same high-quality service," said Suzanne.
You need to trust someone to be in your home and rely on them, knowing that they will do a good job.
"All our teams are enhanced DBS checked, professional and friendly. You will get to know your team well and trust they will do a good job in your home," said Suzanne.
They also offer a pickup laundry service and property maintenance if your garden needs a trim.
A bespoke service for your home
"A good professional cleaning service will talk to you about your specific needs and put a plan in place to meet them," explains Suzanne. "At The Helping Hands Group, we'll have a consultation with you to find the best service for your home. We then design a bespoke cleaning plan for your team, to work out what will make your life the easiest."
After your consultation, the Helping Hands Group assigns a personal team to your home. They are given specific instructions and will get to know the property inside and out. You can become familiar with the people working in your home.
They will know where to park, which door to use, and what jobs to do, so there's minimal disruption to you.
"I started the Helping Hands Group in 1999 - it was just me with a mop and bucket cleaning the local area," explained Suzanne. "After giving birth to twins and working full time for Lancashire Constabulary it was difficult to maintain a routine. I realised I needed a cleaning service to help but I couldn't find one that was reliable and guaranteed to do a good job. I started up my own business to help other people in the local area that were struggling like me," she said.
Over the past twenty years, the Helping Hands Group has grown into a 34 person team, with a full customer service helpline. They offer professional cleaning, maintenance and home care services to the local Lancashire community.
