While you can't visit the Lancashire countryside, we'll bring it to you

John Lenehan

We stand with communities and businesses across the county through these challenging times.

Lancashire Life has been there with you for more than 70 years and in that time we have seen most things, but never anything like what we’re all experiencing now.

Our mission has always been to support and inform the people of Lancashire. That has never changed and we will be there with you throughout this crisis.

While the outdoors is off limits, we are focusing instead on getting the most out of staying in. And we hope the May issue, and the ones that will follow it, will go some way to helping you through these difficult times.

We have always been loyally supported by an army of dedicated readers and advertisers and we are immensely grateful.

You have been there with us. And we are there with you. We will do all we can to support communities and businesses across Lancashire and the Lake District through this crisis and beyond, as the country re-opens and re-builds in its aftermath.

Whatever your situation, we are there with you, in print and online, with everything you need to stay occupied and informed during these difficult times. Our website and social media channels are the places to look for up-to-date information on what’s happening in your area, the businesses still operating and the stories of communities coming together (while staying two metres apart).

Our current issue will be in the shops from April 22nd but if you can’t get there, take advantage of our brilliant six issues for £10 offer. Call 01858 438840 and quote code CMMMH20A, or go online to subsave.co.uk/LAN2

Help the heroes

Buy a copy of our special May cover and help raise funds for the NHS Charities Covid-19 urgent appeal.

We wanted to feature as many faces as we could from across the county in a show of solidarity and togetherness.

We have made a limited number of posters available for just £10. All proceeds will go to the NHS Charities crowdfunder supporting NHS staff and volunteers during this difficult time.

Those donations help to fund wellbeing packs (such as food deliveries, snacks, refreshments and wash kits), the cost of travel, parking and accommodation for staff and volunteers, as well as other items requested by NHS charities. Buy your copy of the cover at subsave.co.uk/LANP
