Alison Lamb, daughter of Susan and Ian Lamb from Tarleton married Steven Prowse, son of Jean and the late Trevor Prowse from Thornton Cleveleys at Mitton Hall in Whalley. Around 80 guests joined them for the ceremony in the brasserie, with a further 40 guests joining the couple for dancing and a hog roast in the evening with entertainment from Howard Wing. Before returning to their home in Thornton Cleveleys Alison and Steven honeymooned in New York

Claire Heyworth from Fence married Sam Slack from Blackburn at Wheatley Lane Methodist Church in Fence. The couple who were childhood sweethearts surprised their guests at the end of the ceremony with a performance of All You Need Is Love, just like in the film Love Actually by the choir and orchestra from St Christopherâ€™s High School in Accrington, where they met. The ceremony was followed by a reception at Ferraris Country House Hotel in Longridge.
The wedding of Sarah Taylor to Kevin Cramsie took place at St Peterâ€™s Church in Formby and was attended by a whole host of their nearest and dearest. Showers threatened all day but after the ceremony the couple were lucky enough to emerge from the church and travel to the reception at West Tower in Aughton in an open-topped Beaufort. The couple then went on to honeymoon in Cancun.
Cara Suzanne Holland from Preston married Jordan Vincent Graham from Silverdale in a ceremony at Stanley House Hotel in Mellor. Cara added the personal touch to their pink bling themed wedding by handmaking the table decorations and hand painted personal wine glasses. Her flowers were created by Lilybets in Hoghton where she grew up. Guests travelled from as far away as Australia and New Zealand to attend the wedding of Anneliese Frances Elizabeth Miller, a dentist from Preston, to Charles Thomas Alfred Pantin, a doctor from Stoke-on-Trent. The ceremony took place at St Clareâ€™s RC Church in Fulwood before a reception at Stanley House Hotel in Mellor. The couple returned to their marital home in Manchester after a honeymoon in Rhodes.
The wedding of Janis Wheeler and Raff Rodia took place at the Higher Trapp Hotel near Burnley. Close family and friends enjoyed a lovely ceremony, meal and reception in the same location on a beautiful summerâ€™s day before the couple took their week long honeymoon in London.

Fiona Penswick, daughter of Robert and Helen Penswick from Bolton married Douglas Hingston, son of John and Dorothy Hingston also from Bolton at Stanley House Hotel in Mellor. The reception for 130 guests was held at the same venue. The couple returned to their home in Eagley after a three week honeymoon in Dubai, Australia and Thailand.

Sarah Alderson from Lancaster and James Heard from Morecambe, both university administrators, tied the knot at the Council Chambers in Lancaster Town Hall. Their romance began after meeting at a leaving do for a mutual friend and colleague at Lancaster University. The wedding was a family affair with the brideâ€™s sister Ruth as chief bridesmaid and Ruthâ€™s daughter, aptly named Daisy, as the flower girl. Following the ceremony a reception was held at The Gregson Centre in Lancaster.
Nicola Hart, daughter of Robert Hart and Wendy van der Kleij married David Tudor, son of Nick Tudor and Judi Duffield from Sheffield at St Michaels and All Angels Church in Hathersage, Derbyshire followed by a reception for 100 guests at Hassop Hall, Derbyshire. Nicola and David jetted off to Thailand for their honeymoon
