Watch out for the Lunch Club Menu too - for when you’re short on time and need something quick and delicious. It’s available Monday to Saturday from 12 noon until 5pm. And keep an eye open for the popular live music nights!

The Oyster And Otter is a seafood-led gastro pub but features the best of the North West’s fresh poultry, pork, beef and lamb too.

 

Fish specialities come from the owner being part of the region’s most prominent seafood dynasty. Their trusted wholesale business operated its own fleet of trawlers and delivered catches to restaurants, hotels and caterers throughout the North of England to as far as London and luxury liners like the QE2, even overseas to Holland and Spain.

 

Fleetwood trawlers are still scouted every morning and the best catches are despatched to the Oyster And Otter so the fish can be in the kitchen within hours and on the plate the same day.

 

That’s when executive chef Antony Shirley uses his international experience to guarantee honest, high-quality food, cooked and presented the way it should be.
