The Royal Artillery Officers’ Association and The Lancashire Artillery Volunteers [103 Regiment RA], held their annual St Barbara’s Dinner at the Brigadier Philip Toosey Army Reserve Centre, Aigburth, Liverpool.

Lt Gen Sir Edmund Burton presided and Maj Gen Stuart Skeates, Commandant at Sandhurst, who is the Regiment’s Honorary Colonel, proposed the traditional toast ‘St Barbara and the Royal Regiment’. St Barbara is the patron saint of artillerymen
