Home-Start is a national charity that offers support, friendship and practical help to people struggling to cope with a number of challenges from post-natal illness, disability and bereavement.
More than 1,700 was raised at the casino dinner which will go toward the Fylde branch which has seen a number of referrals including those from Weeton Army Camp where families are returning from Cyprus and soldiers from Afghanistan.
