The Little Stars Charity Ball at the Low Wood Hotel in Ambleside raised more than £8,900 in aid of SANDS, (Stillbirth and Neonatal Deaths charity).
The Little Stars Charity Ball at the Low Wood Hotel in Ambleside raised more than 8,900 in aid of SANDS, (Stillbirth and Neonatal Deaths charity). This national charity, established by bereaved parents in 1981, relies completely on donations to support families who have lost a child and promote research to reduce the loss of babies lives.
The event was organized by Charlotte and David Giggle, in memory of their daughter Mia who was stillborn earlier this year and who want to raise awareness of SANDS. The 240 guests who attended the event enjoyed dinner and entertainment by Howard Wing and live band Manhatten as well as the fundraising auction.
