Who is the most significant person born in the red rose county
We are compiling a list of the 70 greatest ever Lancastrians and this month we induct another batch of famous names into our virtual hall of fame. The list is part of the celebrations for Lancashire Life’s 70th anniversary and we want you to help create it.
(We include the areas that were with historic county palatine at the date of our launch in 1947 and was changed on 1 April 1974 under the Local Government Act in 1972).
Do you agree with the nominations? Let us know who you think should be named among the greatest ever Lancastrians.
